The front‑desk staff were very friendly and the lobby bar was great, but the place was poorly maintained overall; the rooms and bathrooms were dirty and the other staff, except for reception, were not very friendly.
The building is very nice, the location is great for public transport, and you can get a private bathroom if you book the whole room, but the toilet smelled like urine even though it hadn't been used, and it would be handy to have a bath mat for the private bathroom because after four showers it turns into a lake.

The rooms, breakfast, location, and staff were all good, but unfortunately no cleaning took place in our family room for the four days, and we didn't receive clean towels; several school classes were present, and we had to call and email the reception so that teachers and staff could address the mess.
The spot is good, but it would be nicer to have curtains on the beds for a bit of privacy.
