“A Disappointing and Frustrating Experience”
I'm still fuming about my recent experience at this hotel. Despite my initial excitement, I was left standing outside in the freezing cold, listening to an automated message that the office was closed. It was a frustrating and uncomfortable experience, especially since I had already paid for my stay. I ended up requesting a refund, which was the least they could do considering the inconvenience they caused me.
