I was impressed by the beautiful transfer and the friendly waiters and staff, but there was a loud hum from a heat exchanger right under us.

“Jedino smo bilo zadovoljni hranom. Kompletan objekat ne vredi toliko koliko naplacuju.”

I enjoyed the food and the staff’s friendliness, but the room’s cleanliness was poor and the lift was too slow, forcing us to walk most of the way; the garage elevator is tiny and parking spots are scarce; the pool and spa have cold water and too few loungers.

“Okay hotel”

The rooms are stylish and the breakfast is great; the price‑quality ratio is okay but could improve. The spa facilities are limited, dinner quality varies day to day, and there is no non‑smoking area in the bar.

The staff are helpful and ready for anything you need. The apartment with a sauna and hydro massage tub is beautiful, and the balcony view is stunning. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the center and there’s no noise. Andrijana, Ivan, Srđan, Rade, Mira, Bogdan—though I don’t know their names, they were all lovely. The SPA center is gorgeous, hygiene is 10/10, and the food selection is wide with fresh daily options. We’ll definitely come back.
