The gym is very well equipped, and they also give you towels to change if they get wet or dirty, which is free after you pay for the stay; you just need to bring a bottle and you can refill water for free. The buffet meals are wonderful with a lot of variety. The room we stayed in had a problem with the bathroom light and it didn’t turn on properly; also the TV doesn’t let you connect to common streaming platforms like Netflix or Prime, so when you want to watch something quietly you can’t; otherwise it’s very good and the cleaning is excellent.

I liked the location, the service and the cleanliness, and the room. I didn’t like that, for a five‑star hotel, the room fridge had no drinks, and the buffet dinner was very simple.

The check‑in and check‑out were quick. Half‑board… the food was recognizable and well made, maybe a bit limited in variety but everything was good. The check‑in and check‑out times were off; I would have preferred 12:00 for both. A few more signs for the stairs to the rooms would have been nice.
