The staff were super attentive, and the location was close to markets, restaurants, bakeries, and pharmacies, with a nice garden in front of the hotel and a spacious room. The breakfast, however, had few options and the refilling took a long time; if you don't arrive at the first slot, you risk running out.

The staff were brilliant! I've never encountered such a kind and caring attitude toward guests before. My mom and I were both very happy with this hotel. First, I should note that the hotel is small and cozy, with its own green area and private parking. Fun fact—most taxi drivers don't know this hotel exists (not just a gem, but literally hidden, as I mentioned before, haha!). Second, the breakfast was perfectly cooked and included a variety of meals. The woman who cooked was always happy to make my mom an extra cup of coffee and let us stay in the kitchen longer than we were supposed to. Every morning she greeted me with, “Good morning! How did you sleep?”—so lovely! The kitchen was also always open for making hot drinks and for eating your own food in that area, very prudently. And lastly, the staff were so friendly and always eager to help with everything, from making us extra coffee to printing documents. I felt like a family member rather than a guest. In short, every second of our stay was worth it. The only small improvement would be that there was only a single curtain in the room, and its width wasn’t enough to cover the entire window. Since I’m used to sleeping in complete darkness, I had to use a sleeping mask.

I choose this hotel for the second time. It’s quiet and cozy, giving the impression of being in the Alpine mountains rather than the city, and everything is within walking distance (shops, pharmacies, hairdressers, etc.).
