Nothing I was forced to park on the street several dozen metres away because there was no parking as advertised, and I couldn’t stop in front of the building to load or unload luggage. The balcony or outdoor space that was promised was missing. I had to leave the premises to grab breakfast and pay extra for it. The bathrooms were old and unhygienic. There was no sound insulation and the key‑hole bell on the door was loud in a multi‑unit building.

The location in the town centre is great, but the place shouldn’t be called a Bed and Breakfast because breakfast isn’t provided. I was given a attic room with 44 steps even though lower floors had vacancies. It was hot at night in the attic, so I opened the window, but at about 5 pm I had to shut it because the shrieking of pigeons on the roof made it impossible to sleep. Before 6 pm the room was flooded with sunlight (see photo) because it faces east and the blinds are purely decorative, not blocking light. I couldn’t sleep at all. The mattress was hard, the mini‑fridge didn’t work and couldn’t be wired due to the lack of a linear shuko plug, and the toilet seat kept moving when I sat on it.

The reception was early, but details about the garden only came the next day. Information on dining options was very useful (many places are closed on Monday). Unfortunately, there was no breakfast served. The shower cabin was cramped and breakfast was missing.

Normal, we were on the 2nd floor with a steep staircase (for anyone with knee problems or anything, a bit tough). When we arrived on a scorching hot day, there was only one bottle of water (we had two) and it was hot, plus the mini fridge was unplugged; it took about four hours to get it cooled… and there was nothing that could be considered even a small breakfast. On Sunday a nearby bar was closed, we found one 1 km away, and by 9 am there were no pastries or croissants left.
