I landed in Rome around 01:30 a.m. after a delayed flight, and I had already messaged the owner beforehand; he kindly sent me a detailed access guide and stayed reachable throughout. The spot itself is cozy, the balcony is a nice touch, and the location is spot on.

Fantastic location! Walking distance to Trevi, Colosseum, restaurants, etc Very safe feeling area, close to everything! Great communication, accommodations, all A+!

Sistemazione molto confortevole, in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, pur essendo in pieno centro. La camera molto pulita e accogliente. Il personale gentilissimo, molto disponibile e attento. Consiglio!
