The suite was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly. The shower head and tub faucet had issues; water kept pouring out of the faucet while the shower was in use.

The area was quiet and close to the mall and food spots, but the fire alarm kept going off and the pool could use a deeper clean.

The hotel is very pretty and well located, and the front‑desk staff are very attentive and willing to help, yet the rooms lack a bit of care and leave some cleaning details unfinished.

Everything was clean, the breakfast was great, and the location fit my needs perfectly, but I had trouble setting the room temperature.

It’s always a convenient spot whenever we’re in town to visit our daughter, though it’s a bit pricey.
