Great rooms, and staff. Location is old Bangkok interesting, short distance to BTS.Not the most happening area in town but still interesting

Close to street food and 7 11. Nice communal area. Property phone disconnected and did not answer messages or email. Check in did not advise that breakfast was provided at a different hotel nor was the procedure to enter outside of desk hours. Room at front noisy

Great staff, great rooms - roomy! Well designed. Air-con humming softly. July, low season, more than fair prices. Short walking distance to everything, skytrain, restaurants, grocery etc. All that's needed is a dancing elf to hug you every time you enter your room, but i'm alone here so i need it more than most, although i'm not expecting it from any hotel
