Everything was truly amazing – the staff were so kind and helpful, the child‑friendly facilities, the restaurant, the gorgeous museum, the room with an incredible slide, the breakfast that was far too good, the little touches, and a huge thank you.

My kids loved it. The food is fantastic, the rooms are too. The whole experience was top notch. The distance from Brienz was more than we realized but the bus service was reliable and excellent. no complaints
