“Una atención muy cordial”

The staff were very friendly; Patrick is an excellent host who treated us with great courtesy. The rooms are comfortable, the cleaning is good, and the location is very convenient, close to everything. Because the hotel is on the second floor of an old building, entry is a little awkward with keys and the overall atmosphere feels a bit neglected, with worn stairs and an old elevator. Being in the city center means there are quiet, peaceful days, but the last night we were startled by a loud noise from a protest in the early morning.

Convenient location, friendly staff, quiet room. The cleaning could be more thorough; the hair dryer drawer was full of hair.

Air conditioning works well, shower is good, bed comfy—though pillow protectors are needed. Communication was excellent (Patrick, you’re a star for saving us). The main corridor smells damp, there’s a faint odor in the room, a comfy chair/sofa and a mirror are missing, lobby areas aren’t very clean (I understand this is a management company), and there’s no quilt cover on the quilt.
