The bed was comfortable; there was a problem with the kettle which was sorted straight away; the shower is very difficult to use—once it is switched on it is very powerful but the clasp to hold it is old and so it swings around and is impossible to control, however I understand that only by actually using it would this be known.

Check‑in was really easy and close to Keswick with free parking; the place was clean and well furnished; nothing bad at all.

The place was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with clear instructions from the hosts, a mini fridge, a kettle, and a good shower; it would have been nice to have a communal area in the building.
