The elevator was broken while I was on the third floor, so I had to climb the stairs, but a young man at the desk offered to lift my luggage—though I chose to do it myself. The parking lot was well lit, giving me a strong sense of safety.

The Wi‑Fi was decent, though the speed (19 D/15 U) didn’t match my expectations for the Bay Area. The shower temperature was good, and the location was perfect for a long layover at SFO. Unfortunately, the constant road noise and weak shower pressure were major drawbacks.

My husband’s card was charged without permission before check‑in, and the room was canceled even though the amount hadn’t been paid. He was supposed to pay on arrival, but the staff proceeded anyway. When I called, the employee was extremely rude, and there was no manager on site to resolve the issue.
