“Deludente”
There wasn’t much to like. The photos didn’t fully match reality; the property looked poorly maintained both outside and in the room we received, with dirty walls, dated furniture and shabby upkeep. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, and the room’s terrace had a broken table and chairs. For a four‑star hotel, I wouldn’t have expected any of this.
“Meraviglioso”
The building is very beautiful, the location excellent, the staff extremely kind, the terrace breakfast superb, and the beach transfer service fantastic.
We weren’t greeted at all when we checked in, and the rooms weren’t ready even though we arrived with three children and a dog, and they didn’t even bother offering us a glass of water while we waited. The cleaning staff only showed up roughly 40 minutes after we got back from the beach, so we simply left. Terrible.
The pool and the view from the rooftop terrace were great, and everything else was pretty good.
The front‑desk team was friendly and gave us useful tips. The room was cool and lovely, especially on that hot arrival. The small pool area was a nice spot to unwind, and the bar staff were attentive and helpful. The views from the bar and restaurant were stunning.
