“WARNING!!! Avoid this hotel if you are depending on the airport shuttle.”
The building is nice and the rooms are spacious with a decent breakfast, but the shuttle was a nightmare—waiting more than an hour for a vehicle that wasn't even full, and only two shuttles served two hotels plus a parking lot, which was completely unacceptable. When we finally arrived, the front desk had already checked someone else into the room we were assigned because they couldn't match our names, and after fixing that they handed us a key that didn't work, forcing us to move into a completely different room again. The whole check‑in, which should have taken under five minutes, dragged on for over fifteen minutes, showing how incompetent the staff were.
