“Desagradable, no lo recomiendo para descansar”
The service is good, the staff are kind and attentive, and the location is close to downtown Tezontel, but the facilities need a lot of maintenance—water seeped into the room from the hallway and the interior window during rain, there was excessive noise at night, cars passed by constantly, making it impossible to rest.

The staff were very friendly, but there was not even one fan to cool the rooms and the bathrooms gave off bad smells.

Everything was fine, the location and price were great, yet several guests made a lot of noise very early and no one told us about it.
The place was very clean, comfortable and affordable for the seven of us who stayed there; no complaints.
