I was happy with the location, but the ice dispenser was broken. When I booked through an agent, I was told breakfast was included, yet at check‑in I was told it wasn’t. Later, the travel agent emailed me to pay for breakfast separately. In the end I never had breakfast and had to buy coffee each morning.

There was no hot water in the shower; I had to twist the lavatory faucet to get any heat, and the front desk was always busy when I called.
