The location was very good, but the bathroom lacked hygiene, and the walls and floor were dirty.

“No habia mas alojamientos en orihuela para dormir, pero hubiera huido”

Everything was dirty—curtains, baseboards, blankets stored on the floor in the closet with grime. The toilet wouldn’t flush, there were no proper pillows (just fabric with some stuffing), bed legs were poking out, and screws on the headboards were sharp. The hostel itself looked filthy, with leaks everywhere in the corridor.

The chocolate machine was a highlight, but the hotel was full of dampness and holes in the ceiling. In the common area there was a microwave with the same old grime, a terrible fridge, the duvet and sheets had stains, one lamp didn’t work, and honestly I think the cockroaches left because of the stink 😅

“GESTIÓN NEFASTA, NO GESTIONAN LA DEVOLUCIÓN A PESAR DE SER SU ERROR.”

When we arrived, the staff told us that the two individual rooms we had booked were not available; they only had one double room, and blamed the mistake on us, suggesting we find another hotel and cancel through Booking. We had paid for two rooms, but they only refunded one. It was a disaster— the error was theirs, yet we had to arrange alternative accommodation for two people in the afternoon and pay extra. Nothing else to say; the hotel and Booking failed to resolve the refund.
