The staff were the best! They let us drop off our luggage before the official check‑in time and also after check‑out. The accommodation is right in the city centre. The rooms are noisy, though.

The value for money is excellent, and the owner’s extreme kindness goes out of her way to make your stay comfortable. Nothing else to mention.

The staff were very friendly and offered several check‑in options, but they cancelled my tour 30 minutes before the start time.

The spot is great for getting to the city centre and the Cruz del Sur bus station, just a 6‑minute walk away, and the landlady was extremely kind and responsive. The Wi‑Fi was broken, yet she kindly shared her own network password, so that problem was quickly fixed.
