The staff was courteous and friendly. A value for money resort. The cabins would be better with a new coat of paint in some places. Any request is via a Whatsapp number but it would have been better if the response on the WA number was acknowledged faster. The water in the pool need to be changed, looks blackish when we were there

Water leaked from the inner wall of the toilet, the toilet roof, and the air conditioner.

The curtains in my room were dirty, and the water pressure in the bathroom was very low because the water pump hadn’t been turned on for us.

The atmosphere was safe and far from the city. Inside the room the floor was untidy and damaged, causing a cut on my foot; the room was small but comfortable, the mattress was fine, but there were no towels or foot mats, and the bathroom had a wet floor.

I felt comfortable overall, but no staff were available to help me this morning when I needed an iron, and I had to go to the reception counter twice with no one there; towels were handed over late, only around 8.30 pm we had to collect them ourselves—please increase your service. As mentioned above.
