“Very Disappointing – Not Suitable for Families”
The only positive aspect was that the room was available and the staff member present was willing to assist when approached. Overall, the property did not meet my expectations for a comfortable family stay. Breakfast was very basic and did not particularly stand out; the quality, presentation, and service could be improved. The location was relatively convenient for accessing the surrounding area, but the property itself felt somewhat out of the way and isolated. As I was travelling with my family, the lack of a visible security guard or proper security arrangements made us feel uncomfortable. The actual surroundings and property condition also did not match the impression created by the online pictures. Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected my stay with my family. The property did not look like the pictures shown online and appeared poorly maintained and neglected. The room was very dusty, several lights were not working properly, and the internet service was unreliable. I was also concerned about security because the property is somewhat isolated and there was no visible security guard or proper security arrangement. Only one person appeared to be handling multiple responsibilities, including management, cooking, housekeeping, and security, which did not provide the level of professional service expected from family accommodation. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, security, staffing, internet service, and accuracy of the online presentation need significant improvement. The property did not feel comfortable or suitable for a family stay.
