AC of one room was not working. Hotel couldn't resolve the same till 2-3 hours. We took room in another hotel due to all this message but this hotel took complete payment. Hotel collected complete money but we couldn't use 1 room

The AC was faulty, the bathroom water leaked, the rooms were dusty, and there were no basic water bottles stocked for guests.
