The location, room layout, amenities, and price were good. However, there were maintenance problems, no airport shuttle, the room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 6:30 pm, there were no towels, the soap dispenser was empty, the upstairs shower mixing valve was faulty, and it generally felt like they were understaffed or something was wrong.

I appreciated that they provided everything needed for cooking, the noise level was as expected, and a security guard was on patrol, but the bed was uncomfortable, there were no sheets for the fold‑away bed, and the décor felt outdated.

It’s right off the freeway and near the mall and other shops, yet the $12 parking fee was ridiculous—not so much the cost itself, but the fact that you have to pay to park at all.

Nothing to say. I stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Tukwila, WA from the 14th to 17th August 2026 and was very disappointed. The staff were not upfront about the basic services—there is no daily room service, which was not disclosed at check‑in—and I was surprised by parking fees of $12.00 per day only when checking out. The room and common areas felt extremely dirty and unsanitary. I called to have it cleaned; it took more than 5 hours to clean the place, and they were short‑staffed. The front desk staff was very rude and argumentative. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
