The overall stay was pleasant, yet there are a few areas that could improve. First, the lack of clarity about the dog fee: the €15 was only mentioned at check‑in and wasn’t clearly listed in the booking details. Since it’s an extra charge, it would be fair to make it explicit and easy to find before confirming the stay. Also, if pets are allowed, I would have expected at least a water bowl for the dog upon arrival—a small gesture that would have mattered. The welcome drink was a nice touch, but it would have been better with a simple snack, like a tarallo or some chips. Finally, I had trouble using the in‑room hair dryer because there was no nearby outlet. The property has potential, but for a stay of this level I’d expect more attention to detail and greater transparency on additional costs.
