Riverview Resort and Conference Center is situated in Calamba City, Laguna, the hometown of National Hero Jose P. Rizal. This resort features free Wi-Fi, an Olympic-size swimming pool with a twister water slide, and beautifully landscaped gardens. Air-conditioned rooms offer flat-screen TVs, cable channels, and hot/cold showers. It's a 5-minute drive from SM City Calamba and 20 minutes from Enchanted Kingdom theme park.

This place really has it all - an amazing pool that's actually pretty deep, which is a rare find in the Philippines. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the garden was beautiful. They even had a karaoke machine, which was a fun surprise. I'm not sure what more you could ask for.

The hotel's breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to start your day. The facilities were also top-notch, with a great gym and clean pool area. However, the wifi was a bit of a letdown, as it stopped working around midnight, which was frustrating when I needed to get some work done.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which is no surprise given the warm hospitality of the Philippines. The location was also convenient, with SM Mall just a short walk away. However, the pool area was a bit of a disappointment, as it was overcrowded and noisy, and the breakfast was just okay. To top it off, the restaurant was closed both evenings I was there, and the "Riverview" was just a tiny stream.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at this hotel, and the servers and staff were always polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with no signs of pests or insects, and the air conditioning worked well. The wifi and parking were also convenient. However, the kiddie pool was a bit of a mess, with a green and slimy floor that needed to be drained and scrubbed.
