The rooms were genuinely excellent and attractive, yet when we arrived they hadn’t arranged my upgrade and I had to book an extra room in the middle of the night; we were a party of five, so one person ended up sleeping alone.

Nothing to like. Being accepted for a double bed room and then to be given 2 single beds

The grill was very clean, the suite was truly great, and the front‑desk staff were outstanding and generally friendly; I’ll come back in the coming years. The facilities had a strange kind of comfort, and I wished they’d pay more attention to them or add air fresheners; otherwise everything was wonderful.
