I was close to where I needed to go and not far from the motorway, but the second elevator was broken, so I took the stairs because it was quicker than waiting, even though I was on the 9th floor, which didn’t help.

The location in Sheffield City Centre was excellent, the room met all my needs, and the staff were lovely too. :)

It’s in the city center with a front car park, the rooms are roomy and spotless, and the beds are comfy—no complaints.

Nothing really!. Rough area, didn't feel safe at all. 'Restaurant/bar' was like a massive cafeteria, and was completely empty. The guy 'serving' didn't have a clue what to do. The hotel said Best Western on the outside
