The location was super close to the city center, Filip took great care to make the stay very pleasant, he gave us addresses of very good restaurants in Montpellier and around, the apartment was very nice, and I recommend it.

The apartment was nice with a spacious terrace, it was well located near the center and the metro, and we received useful information from the host, but the breakfast was lacking fresh items and the hygiene could have been better.
