The staff were very friendly, especially @Thuli who was very accommodating; my room was clean and neat. There was nothing I didn’t like.

The only bright spot was how close it was to the mall for ATM trips. I stayed at K K K Guesthouse for two nights, paid R1,400, and the service fell far short of the price. The staff member, Thuli, was extremely unprofessional: she took my phone to set the wifi password after I asked for help the first night, but offered no further assistance. My room was never cleaned on the first morning; nothing was touched even though I left the key when I went out. I had to personally ask her to clean the room and give me new toilet paper, because there was very little left from the night I arrived. The dishes I used were left dirty, and I had to go into the kitchen myself to get a clean spoon and glass. Thuli didn’t care about guests at all—no courtesy, no professionalism. I will not stay here again. I’m sharing all these details so anyone reading knows exactly what went wrong.

“Comfortable and warm”

The host was super friendly and very helpful 👌, and the place was clean and looked like the pictures. Nothing.
