I appreciated the early self‑check‑in, the room was spacious, and it was close to everything. The checkout time was listed as 10:00 on a sign in the room, but the booking page clearly said you could stay until 11:00.

The house was very pleasant and perfectly located for exploring the city, close to cafés and restaurants, everything was good! One small note: the staff were absent.

The location, decor, communication with the host, and cleanliness were all great. The only downside was that the bathroom felt a bit narrow, but not uncomfortable.
