“Una volta e mai più :-(”

From the outside everything looked very nice and the location and parking were obviously convenient, but once we arrived they told us the pool would be closed after August because they said it wasn’t used (we had booked specifically because of the pool and the hotel was full on arrival). Honestly they should have warned us earlier and put it on Booking. We entered a room at 33 degrees, a super tight shower that made washing practically impossible… it was a nightmare; we only stayed one night. When you leave the room there’s no electricity, so you come back in the evening with a high temperature and no way to breathe. Only one roll of toilet paper was left, everything was on “save” mode.

I appreciated the impeccable cleanliness, but the bathroom was outdated with a leaking toilet bowl that was noisy, and the water leakage caused yellow deposits in the toilet that were unpleasant to see. The pool was unusable and closed.

The staff were courteous, the place was well situated, and it was clean. The pool, however, was dirty.

The setting was quiet and the air‑conditioning worked well. Breakfast felt very sparse, only Italian pastries and a lot of sweet items; we’d have liked more savory options, especially eggs and salty dishes, which were barely available.

“Tutto ok, siamo stati bene”

The location right next to the highway made it ideal for breaking up a trip; the quadruple room was spacious, split into two separate areas, and the staff were kind.
