I stayed in a nice room with a clean pool, but the hotel is a bit outside Rome and public transport takes more than half an hour to reach the centre. They sent a lot of emails and even asked for a copy of my driver’s licence beforehand, which I refused. I also had to pay extra for towels, breakfast, and wellness services.
