The room was clean and good, pillows were great, the place was quiet, breakfast was good, and staff were friendly, but the key card for the room didn't always work.

I was upset that Booking charged my credit card before I even arrived, and if this is a new rule I won’t use Booking again. I never want to pay before I say I’m happy.
