Our ferry broke down mid channel, so we arrived in France very late; I phoned the hotel and they said no problem, we would be open! I missed supper but was welcomed after hours, and the bar was still open so I had nightcaps. Many thanks to the staff. The room was small but in superb condition and cleanliness was excellent.

Cleanliness, access to the bar and restaurant, and easy parking were positives, but the neighborhood was noisy, the manager did not ask if we had anything, and we slept well.
