One of the best beds I have slept in; the room was in very good condition, clean, and the A/C was powerful. The breakfast options were delicious and good, though the water pressure in the shower is poor, which I assume is normal for the area.

The key to any business is its people, and this hotel is a great example of that. Nang and Phyo were always incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout my stay. I also really enjoyed the nightly live performances by Megan and Mia’s girls’ band, which added a great atmosphere to the evenings. Even though this is a 3‑star hotel, the quality of the staff and the service can easily outweigh those extra two stars. The people genuinely make the experience feel much better than the hotel’s rating might suggest.
