Extended Stay America Suites Seattle Bothell

“An inexpensive and relatively comfortable stay in poorly maintained but generally otherwise clean rooms.”

The staff were friendly and helpful, yet the room looked clean but its fixtures and furniture were worn and needed repair, and I kept hearing loud noises from disruptive guests and pets in the middle of the night.

Everything was great—comfortable, convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the sofa mattress springs didn’t hold up well.

“Never will stay here again”

The location was the only good thing, but for an extended‑stay hotel they didn’t even provide in‑room coffee pots; I was told they had none, and the room lacked any cup, disposable or otherwise, no ice bucket, and no ice machine.

“Great essential long term stay but needs some more sanitation controls around all the dogs staying there”

The hotel sits just off the freeway and a Starbucks is a short walk away, with plenty of great restaurants a quick drive or stroll from the property. Everyone on the staff was very friendly, and the simple breakfast designed for commuters made mornings a lot easier. The nearby walking trails were a nice way to unwind in the evenings. However, a strong odor of concentrated pet urine lingered in the hallway throughout my three‑week stay, making it hard to walk to and from my room.

The staff were wonderful and friendly. I only had a problem because another guest made a lot of noise, but the staff resolved it within minutes and it never happened again.
