“Will go back there.”

The rooms were spacious, breakfast was good, and it was close to Isle of Palms. Weekly room service was a minus; I wished it was at least every other day, and it has me conflicted about tipping too.

“I will still use the hotel, but work needs to be done on the rooms.”

The staff is wonderful, but roaches were under the fridge in the room and there was a serious need for a bathroom refresh. The TV signal was intermittent and the window shade had to be repaired while I was there.

The staff members are friendly, yet our room was so dirty that there were dirty spots on the couch and carpet.
