Private beach, food, and pool cleanliness were great. In the room there was only one contact point.

The staff—at the reception, the hotel bar, breakfast, and the restaurant—were very friendly and took good care of us. The grounds, including gardens and the pool, are nicely laid out, and entertainment options like a billiard table, air hockey, and a tennis court are available. Breakfast had a wide variety, and the restaurant offered a great selection of tasty food, including vegetarian options—though apart from one main dish, only appetizers were available, which can be combined into a main course if you share, especially when portions are large. There’s a decent wine selection, and the bar serves fresh, brewed Mythos beer. Overall, the pool area with its bar and restaurant is cozy and inviting. A positive note about the hotel room is the relatively large fridge that fits drinks (bottles and cans). The balcony is cozy and adorned with beautiful flowers. Nikiti is less than ten minutes by car. The rooms feel a bit dated, the bathroom smells from the drain, and the bed was very uncomfortable due to a sagging mattress. Instead of two separate duvet covers, there’s only one thin sheet for two with a blanket on top that slides off at night. Cats roam freely around the property. The loungers on the hotel’s pebble beach are uncomfortable, and the paid tennis court has a very hard, somewhat outdated surface.

The hotel’s location is great, just a short walk from the beach. The entire complex is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, with plenty of greenery, nicely laid out walking paths, and small parks. The food was very good, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. However, the room we received did not match the photos; it seems there are different room types—some renovated, some not—and it’s unclear in advance which type you’ll actually get.
