Nothing stood out; it felt like a scam that traps and robs honest customers. As an old, savvy client, I felt utterly pathetic. We were never given a room even though our booking was confirmed on the website. We had to relocate to a far‑off property, and with family in tow, we chose not to stay under the last‑minute arrangement; we booked elsewhere ourselves. It was a horrible experience.

The staff were very prompt and supportive, especially Deepak bhai who did everything he could to keep guests comfortable. The payment had to be made earlier than expected without a proper entry, and no welcome drink was offered.

The location was amazing, and the food was okay. However, the rooms we received were different from those shown in the pictures.

The place is peaceful, and the caretaker’s service, hygiene, and food are good. Nothing else to note.
