The front desk was friendly, very helpful, kind, and professional! The only downside was the rain.

A localização. Foi a pior estadia que fiquei. Reservei os dias 04 a 07 de setembro, de sexta feira a segunda (dia da independência), a pousada é tão ruim, que fiquei apenas uma noite, fui embora no sábado mesmo. Choveu dentro da pousada, no corredor do meu quarto, a porta do quarto, estava empenada, as roupas de cama, estavam um nojo, travesseiros com marca de baba, a cama, parece que é apenas estrado, o café é tão ruim que não deveria ser informado que possui. Por fim, solicitei alguma redução no valor da estadia, pois usei apenas uma noite, ficaram de analisar o caso, e depois me retornariam, mentira, depois, vi que já tinham lançado no cartão de crédito. Nunca mais, tudo velho e cheirando a mofo. Foi a pior experiência que tivemos em uma pousada. Sugestão: não vá!

The staff were friendly, provided regional information and handled a few of our requests. However, the place feels outdated—no upkeep, walls needing paint, dusty old furniture, a neglected garden, and breakfast that was very basic. The towels were old, and I could hear every conversation from the room next door.

Pets are welcome, the cleaning is excellent, breakfast is superb and the restaurant is very good; there’s also a charging station for electric cars and the staff are very attentive. In the afternoon, it would have been nice to have a table offering coffee and tea as a snack for guests.
