Akunamatata Guest House Grand Case

“Dream place to leave all your worries behind and be happy... Akunamatata”

The property was roomy, spotless, and had every amenity needed for our stay. Its location is ideal, a stone’s throw from the center of Grande Case, within walking distance of all restaurants and bars. The host was very friendly and gave clear arrival instructions. It truly feels like a dream spot for a relaxed stay with friends or family, and I’d definitely recommend it and would love to return to Akunamatata again. The only suggestion is to add a fish walkway on the side of the house for easier access.

The welcome was great, the spot is peaceful, the beach is a 5‑minute walk, the AC works, the price‑to‑quality ratio is solid, the king‑size bed is fine, and the connection is good.

The establishment is in the lively Grand Case neighborhood but far enough away to be quiet. There are two terraces, so you can avoid the traffic noise. The room we stayed in was well‑ventilated. The house is large, well‑equipped, and pleasant to live in. The shared toilets lack a bedside table and a lamp for reading at night. Adding a window screen would let you almost sleep without air‑conditioning.
