The beach. The room had a condensation problem, but the location was exceptional, so we didn’t ask to change it.

The hotel is spectacular, with unmatched facilities and an incredibly friendly team, but the constant push to attend Viva club linking talks can become irritating.

Everything was excellent overall. What we enjoyed the most was the delicious food and drinks, as well as the beautiful Cosón Beach. The resort and the overall experience were fantastic. The check-in was about 30 minutes later than expected. Also, we had requested a room on the first floor because one person in our group had difficulty using the stairs, but unfortunately our request was not taken into consideration

The beach and design are nice, but most staff are unhelpful—bugs in the bed, the shower stops working in the afternoon or only cold water comes out, complaints go unanswered, laundry took three days except for Gloria and another Italian lady in the tourism and excursions section, customer service is usually poor, restaurant service is very bad, yet almost all other staff from day to night on the left side of the entrance hall/front desk are very good.
