Calling a roof a terrace is not serious, and the view is nonexistent. Worse, our room no.104 should not have been offered at all; it has thin glass windows just above the street, so we slept with all the street noise imaginable. It was the worst experience of our three‑week trip.

The staff were very helpful and friendly; thank you, Diksha, for your warm welcome and kindness! The hotel is very well located, we have everything within walking distance, including restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable.

The place was close to Har Ki Pauri Ghat, had nearby food options, and the room was decent; Diksha’s behavior was helpful.

The stay was perfect; the suite with balcony offered exceptional views, though it was a bit noisy at night because the kitchen was on the same floor. Coffee pouches were missing, but Diksha at the front desk was very friendly and helped with it.
