“Nice hotel”

The hotel was clean, but the coffee bar needs fresh cream or half and half.

The front desk clerk was amazing—helpful, polite, professional, and kind. The breakfast staff was also very accommodating when I stopped by in the morning. Unfortunately, the breakfast spread was disappointing; I asked for scrambled eggs and pancakes and found none, and there were no blueberry muffins or other options. My room was spotless, but the hotel’s carpets are worn, deeply soiled, and need replacement; vacuuming doesn’t help. The location is great and close to the airport, but the lack of a shuttle service is inconvenient, so next time I’ll look for a place that offers free airport shuttles. No shuttle service and badly soiled carpets throughout.

“Nice, clean hotel. Can’t go wrong here.”

The hotel was clean and well managed, with staff who were very accommodating. Breakfast was good, well stocked, and well taken care of. I would definitely stay again, though I felt it was slightly overpriced.

“Nice location !”

The location was convenient. However, the AC was very loud, making it hard to sleep, and finding an empty table for breakfast was difficult. I think it is a little expensive for what it offers.

“Nicely updated”

The hotel was updated with nice features and is close to the airport and major roads. The only downside was that the Hampton breakfasts are all the same, offering little variety; only pieces of fruit like apple or banana were available, no cut fruit.
