I loved how beautiful the place was, the staff gave excellent service and everything was very clean, thank you, but the bathroom smelled like a drain.

“Clean Room with Very Thin Walls”

The shower had great pressure and great hot water. The walls are very thin, so I could hear a couple next door at night and in the morning during what should have been very private moments, and I could also hear snoring through the walls.

“Magnificent location and views”

Easy to get there! Excellent view! The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, so I was moved to another room. The second bed was better but still not comfortable. It locked hospitality. The front desk and hotel personnel offered little to none information about what to do and where to dine. I later understood that the majority of the staff is from other towns and not too familiar with the local amenities, though they could offer written info. They did not speak unless one asked questions, and the answers were always “I don't know.” I have done a good amount of travel and have never encountered a more disengaged and untrained staff. The manager Carlos was very friendly and helpful, but I only saw him once.
