The staff’s attitude was terrible.

The staff were very friendly and courteous, going out of their way to help. The air‑conditioner was off when I arrived, so the room took a while to cool. I wasn’t sure if the pool was open or closed, and the ice machines were broken. It was a shame because they’re so lovely and I didn’t want to complain.

The price was reasonable and I couldn’t hear anyone in the neighboring room. The shower had mold.
