“Entorno muy ruidoao y mal insonorizado.”
The lobby is elegant. The room is not acoustically insulated. Even though it has double glazing, the large sliding door lets street noise in from the start of the night until dawn because of a nearby nightclub. I also didn’t understand why the control panel is placed next to the bed when there’s no way to turn its light off.
“Decepción desde el momentio del check-in”
The location is okay. The stay was disappointing and the reservation handling was confusing. We booked and paid online a few days before arrival. At check‑in, the staff gave us no information, and when we entered the room we discovered we had been assigned a disabled‑friendly room that we neither booked nor requested. When we went back to reception, the explanation was that “this usually happens when you book a few days in advance.” We’re frequent travelers and have never had this happen. If that was the only room available, the minimum would have been to inform us at check‑in and give us the choice to accept it or find another solution, not to let us discover it upon entering. They also insisted the hotel was full, but that explanation didn’t convince us given how the situation was handled. They offered to move us the next day, but since we were only staying two nights we decided not to waste part of our trip moving luggage again. On top of that, the room’s maintenance was poor: the bathroom door and frame were quite worn at the bottom, walls had many scratches and marks, paint was damaged, and there were even defects on the ceiling. We attached photos because they speak for themselves. We’re not questioning that a disabled‑friendly room is perfectly valid; the issue is assigning it without booking or requesting it, not informing us at reception, and finding a room with clearly improvable maintenance. The hotel’s location could be good, but our experience with the room and the incident management was disappointing. We would not repeat it.
“C'est super de nos jours de pouvoir compter sur un personnel compétent.”
Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and skilled. It was disappointing that there was no small terrace, even though it was supposed to be there.
“La ubicación del hotel es excelente si se quiere estar en una zona tranquila.”
The hotel sits in a quiet spot right by the cruise port, which is great if you want peace. The room was comfortable and calm, and breakfast was more than enough. I wish they’d warned me that the area around the hotel was under construction.
The rooms and the hotel’s style, plus the terrace with a pool, were nice. It was a shame the triple room didn’t have a balcony and there were some shortcomings with towel and bathrobe exchanges.
