We went on a weekday and saw only about three groups of guests, yet the homestay still prepared a generous buffet of Chinese and Western breakfast items, which I really liked; there weren't many choices, but everything I wanted was there and it felt sincere. The shower water was strong and pleasant, and the room was spacious. The balcony had a tap, making it easy to rinse water gear.

We stayed in a four‑person room on the last weekend of summer vacation, and the price was reasonable; breakfast was good, quite generous, and included fruit; the bathroom had plenty of hot water; the courtyard was tidy and featured a foot‑washing area. The bathroom door had yellow stains, some dust was visible, and the hallway smelled of smoke. It was unclear whether the bedding or mattress had dust mites. The bed was too soft, so one person’s movements disturbed the other, making sleep difficult.
