The customer service was the best I’ve ever experienced at any hotel; from the airport pickup we were treated like royalty, the location is superb, breakfast was good, and we could always reach a personal contact number. We didn’t report the non‑mechanical jacuzzi issue on the first night, but the team noticed it and upgraded us free of charge for the second night. The view from the room is unforgettable and the space felt private since we never saw another guest. The only feedback is that the shower in the cheaper room was better than the one in the upgraded room.

“Exceptional hotel with exceptional views and exceptional service”

We loved everything about Nefeles Luxury Suites. The hotel sits in the middle of Fira, offering an indescribable view of the caldera and town that made it hard to leave for other sights. Breakfasts were exceptional, with a huge list to choose from the day before. The staff were unbelievably nice and helpful, and the hotel arranged transfers from the ferry at the start of our stay and to the airport at the end, which is important because there are very few taxis in Santorini. Nothing negative.

The location is wonderful, the view is beautiful, and it’s right in the heart of Fira, close to all the fun and restaurants. The manager told me the excursions I had pre‑booked wouldn’t be very good, even though I had asked for recommendations and got no reply, which made me feel awkward and a little foolish; however, the excursions turned out to be great.

“Just as advertised beautiful property and staff in centre of Fira but very quiet”

The staff went above and beyond and were incredibly friendly. From the balcony views and amazing breakfasts to the fantastic suite, nothing was lacking.

The spot’s unbeatable, and the views are mind‑blowing, but there are a lot of stairs everywhere in Santorini.
