Other guests who booked directly got more options. The staff were slow, we had to ask each day for more croissants. We booked a room for three, yet only got one big bed; the staff supplied an air mattress for the child, which felt like a downgrade for the price. All in all, not great value for what we paid.

However, the room itself was disappointing: we booked for three but only received one bed, with no sofa or extra sleeping option, making a good night's rest nearly impossible. The building shows its age, and cleanliness could use a boost. Breakfast was minimal—just cereal, croissants, and yogurt, no hot or savory items.
